Silence

This level was licensed by id Software for use in their free to play, online shooter Quake Live. Silence is a small but vertical duel level featuring Quake Live's gothic texture set with some hazardous green pipes containing highly dangerous acid used for chemical experiments on stroggs. Making the map took around 2-3 weeks, including developing the layout, creating custom shaders, modifying base textures and detailing the level. Another day was used for technical optimization. The level features a small and compact layout with lots of room for spectacular vertical fights that make tactics and positioning a deciding factor. As major items you can find one Red Armor, one Mega Health, one Yellow Armor and two Green Armors alongside a full weapon set, not including the BFG. Related Links:
